I'm based in Bengaluru, working as Founding PM at Skyfall AI and part of the core team building our autonomous business harness.

We're starting with the challenge of automating a SaaS business. The harness is the system around the agents: connecting objectives, shared business context, planning, and execution. My work brings together product decisions, AI evaluation, and hands-on building with the research and engineering teams.

Skyfall's research into enterprise world models, planning, and continual learning informs that work. The questions are practical: can a system anticipate the effects of its decisions, coordinate work across functions, and adapt when the business changes?

Outside of work, I'm building Cora, an AI PM copilot that learns your working style and produces artifacts in your voice. It's a personal experiment in how much of a PM's context can be implicitly learned versus explicitly stated.

I'm also doing a writing sprint: finishing this site and publishing three essays on AI product craft. Writing forces me to figure out what I actually think, rather than what I assume I think.

When I'm away from the keyboard, I'm following the 2026 F1 season. I pay an unreasonable amount of attention to strategy calls and tyre degradation curves. It's the ultimate systems problem run at 300km/h.
