I joined Skyfall AI in September 2024 as Founding PM, coming off a consumer social project and wanting to go deeper into AI products.

The first year has been defined by ambiguity and speed. We navigated a full pivot from consumer to B2B enterprise, which was a domain I had no prior experience in. I went from zero knowledge to being able to have informed conversations with enterprise buyers, understand procurement cycles, and evaluate use cases for feasibility, all within a few months. There was no playbook, only research, customer conversations, and fast internal iteration.

I work at the intersection of AI research and real product use cases, which means a lot of my job is translation. I translate between what the research team can build and what customers actually need, and between what's technically possible and what's worth building.

I'm also hands-on in ways most PMs aren't. I've defined AI evaluation frameworks to measure output quality. I write code and build internal tools using coding agents. I think this is just what good AI PM work looks like now.
