I joined Skyfall AI in September 2024 as Founding PM. I'm part of the core team building an autonomous business harness, working at the intersection of product, AI research, and engineering.

We're starting with a SaaS business. The harness connects business objectives to agents that plan and execute work across functions. Skyfall's longer-term ambition is an autonomous enterprise, with an AI CEO coordinating strategy and execution.

That direction draws on the team's research into enterprise world models: systems that represent how a business works and predict how actions change it. MAPs explores planning through the challenge of running an amusement park. World of Workflows examines hidden business rules and downstream failures, while Morpheus studies how agents learn as operating conditions change. These are foundations for building systems that can make reliable decisions over time.

My role is to help turn that research direction into a working product. I work with the research and engineering teams to connect technical capabilities to business needs, define what good output looks like, and build. I've developed AI evaluation frameworks and internal tools using coding agents, and I stay close to the code as we develop the harness.

Earlier, I helped navigate our pivot from consumer to B2B enterprise. That meant learning a new domain through customer conversations, understanding enterprise buying processes, and testing which use cases were worth pursuing. That experience continues to shape how I approach the product today.
